How do I download the Pizzazz app on my iPad?

INSTALL PIZZAZZ APP

 

  1. From your iPad device, open the App Store.
  2. Select Search and enter “Pizzazz.”
  3. Select the Pizzazz – Digital Kiosk app.
  4. To begin downloading, select Get.
  5. Enter the password for your Apple ID, if requested.

 

Pizzazz is now installed! Just open the app and log in to get started.

 

HAVING TROUBLE?

 

Pizzazz is currently only compatible with iPad. iPad models not capable of upgrading to iOS 9.0 or higher are not able to download and run our most recent app.

How do I log in to the Pizzazz app?

LOG IN TO YOUR PIZZAZZ SUBSCRIPTION

 

  1. Launch the Pizzazz app on any supported device.
  2. Enter the email address and password associated with your Pizzazz subscription and then select Sign in.

 

Begin by uploading content or learn more about navigating the latest app.

How do I subscribe to the Pizzazz app?

  1. Sign in to the Pizzazz app on any supported device.
  2. Tap Viewer Mode button (television icon) from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. You will be prompted to subscribe, select Continue.
  4. On the screen listing the subscription plans, select Subscribe.
  5. You may be prompted to enter your password for your Apple ID.
  6. Continue through the following pop-up windows.

 

You should now be able to access Viewer Mode and enjoy the full features of the Pizzazz app.

How do I reset my Pizzazz password?

If you can’t remember your password, you can use our Forgot Password tool to reset your Pizzazz password. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your Pizzazz app account. If you don’t receive the reset email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. We recommend resetting your password as soon as possible.

 

If you have trouble resetting your password successfully, our system may have your account listed under a different email address. Please check all the email addresses you might have used, including those you might not normally associate with online subscriptions.

How do I update payment information for my iTunes-billed Pizzazz subscription?

TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR BILLING INFORMATION VIA ITUNES ON YOUR COMPUTER

 

  1. Within the iTunes Store, go to your Account (and sign in using your Apple ID).
  2. In the Apple ID Summary section, click Edit to the right of Payment Type.
  3. Make sure to click Done to save the changes.

 

TO MAKE CHANGES DIRECTLY ON YOUR IPAD, IPHONE OR IPOD TOUCH

 

  1. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID and sign in, if prompted.
  2. Select Payment Information.
  3. Update or remove your billing information.
  4. Make sure to click Done to save your changes.
